The terms below govern engagements with us. They're written in plain language because contracts that hide things are bad business. Specific project terms are confirmed in the Statement of Work for each engagement and override anything below where they conflict.
These terms apply to (a) services you engage us to provide and (b) your use of this website. They sit alongside any signed Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or Data Processing Agreement; the SOW takes precedence where there's a conflict.
We are a UK-registered business based in London, contracting under English law.
Every engagement begins with a written Statement of Work that confirms: scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, fees, and payment schedule. Work begins when both parties have signed the SOW and the deposit invoice has been paid.
Scope is fixed at signature. Anything not in the SOW is out of scope. Things outside the SOW can be added via a change order (see below).
If you want something added or changed mid-project, we'll send a written change order with delta cost, delta timeline, and impact on existing milestones. Work on the change begins when the change order is countersigned. We don't process changes verbally and we don't surprise-invoice scope changes.
We treat anything you share as confidential by default — strategy, financials, customer data, codebase. We sign an NDA on request before any commercially sensitive material is exchanged. White-label engagements include brand-suppression clauses by default.
We warrant that:
We do not warrant that the deliverable will achieve any particular conversion rate, traffic level, or commercial outcome. eCommerce performance depends on factors outside our control (your product, market, advertising, operations).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Either party may terminate an engagement on 30 days written notice. On termination:
We don't hold work hostage. Ever.
These terms and any engagement entered into under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may bring proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction to recover unpaid fees.
