Patches are off. PCI risk is real. Your devs left.
Plus is £2,000/mo flat. Hosting + maintenance disappears.
You've hit the API ceiling. You need Functions, not workarounds.
Black Friday took the site down. The hosting upgrade didn't fix it.
We've seen the SOW. We can quote the same scope at £28–35k.

4,200 SKUs. Magento 1. £148k/mo at 1.1% conversion. Quoted £80k by a generalist agency. We delivered for £28,500 in 7 weeks. Conversion went to 3.4%. SEO traffic was up 4% within 60 days.
Average across 14 migrations: ±2% organic traffic in the 60-day post-launch window. Most clients see less than 5% transient drop in week 1, fully recovered by week 4. The 301 redirect map is the difference between a smooth migration and a ranking disaster.
All orders are migrated. The most recent 24 months come across as full Shopify order records (visible in admin and customer accounts); older orders ship as compressed CSV stored in customer metafields, queryable but not in the live admin grid.
Yes — Klaviyo migration is included in the Standard tier. We carry over flows, segments, and historic email engagement so list health does not reset. Same for Mailchimp, Omnisend, Drip, and most other major email platforms.
Fixed-price means fixed-scope. If you change scope mid-project (add SKUs, add a third store, add a B2B layer), you receive a written change order with delta cost and timeline impact before any work begins — no surprise invoices, ever.
Standard tier (up to 4,000 SKUs): 7 weeks. Plus tier (up to 12,000 SKUs, multi-store): 9 weeks. Headless tier (Hydrogen + Oxygen): 11–14 weeks. Timeline includes data migration, theme build, app re-implementation, UAT, and SEO redirect testing.
Yes, all four — they are our four most common source platforms. We have shipped 19 WooCommerce migrations, 8 Magento (M1 and M2 / Adobe Commerce), 6 BigCommerce, and 3 PrestaShop migrations to date. Squarespace, Wix, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud are also supported.
Standard migrations from £28,500. Plus migrations (multi-store, B2B, custom Functions): from £42,000. Headless / Hydrogen builds: from £68,000+. Smaller WooCommerce migrations under 500 SKUs can be done from £4,499 in our Service Migration tier — quoted per scope.
Yes — app migration is part of the engagement. Where the source platform has a Shopify-equivalent app (Klaviyo, Recharge, Loop), we migrate it directly. Where it does not, we recommend the closest Shopify alternative or build a custom equivalent. The full app stack is documented in the proposal.
Yes — that is the standard cutover pattern. The new Shopify store goes live on a staging domain, we run UAT for 1–2 weeks, then cut over DNS off-peak (typically Tuesday morning UK time). The legacy store stays accessible read-only for 30 days for support and order lookup.
Send the brief. We'll come back inside two business days with a fixed-price quote and a delivery date. If we can't, we'll tell you who can.
