Shopify maintenance retainers for UK brands. Dedicated PM on every account, response SLAs from 1 hr to 24 hr, monthly reports. Functions deprecations and changelog risks caught before they hit production.
BRAND MARKS © THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS · ALSO INTEGRATE WITH LINEAR, NOTION, DATADOG, NEW RELIC, PAGERDUTY ON ENTERPRISE TIER.
If your store uses Scripts for discounts, shipping, or payments, you need a migration plan now. Our retainers include Functions migration capacity.
Storefront checkout customisations need migrating to Checkout Extensibility. We monitor changelogs so you don't have to.
GA4, Meta, TikTok pixels in legacy "additional scripts" stopped firing in checkout. We rebuild them on Shopify Web Pixels with the Customer Privacy API for GDPR-compliant consent — common silent revenue-attribution gap.
Most stores under-use Flow. We add fraud-score routing, tag-on-event automations, ERP triggers, fulfilment exception alerts as part of standard retainer hours — usually pays for the tier in operational time saved.
Apps deprecate, billing tiers change, integrations break. Monthly app stack audit is part of every retainer.
A retainer is cheaper than hiring — and gives you a senior team instead of a single junior. Dedicated PM oversight on every ticket.
60 min. We meet your team, audit your store, document your stack. Slack channel opens same day.
Lighthouse, Search Console, GA4, app stack, Functions exposure. Output: a 1-page risk register.
Hours rolled monthly. Bug fixes, app updates, minor builds. Monthly report on what was done + what's next.
Where the store's heading, what's on the Shopify roadmap, what we're recommending next quarter.
Use them on bugs, builds, optimisation — your call.
From 24 hrs (Lite) down to 1 hr (Enterprise). Measured. Reported.
You hear about Functions deprecations from us, not from Shopify support.
Tracking rebuilt on Shopify Web Pixels with the Customer Privacy API. GDPR-compliant; survives Checkout Extensibility cutover.
Fraud routing, tag-on-event, ERP triggers, fulfilment exception alerts — built and maintained inside your hours.
Monthly audit. We catch deprecations and billing changes before they bite.
Continuous PM context across the engagement — no ticket bouncing, no losing thread.
What we did, what we found, what we recommend. One page.
8 hrs dev, bug fixes, minor updates. Best for stable stores.
20 hrs dev, app updates, speed monitoring. Active stores.
40 hrs dev + CRO retainer. Full dashboard. Stores actively scaling.
Unlimited dev. 1-hour SLA. Weekly calls. Plus / multi-store / B2B.
Up to 50% of your monthly allowance can roll forward one month. Beyond that, hours expire — this keeps the cadence honest. Roll-over is calculated automatically and shown on every invoice.
We tell you before continuing — never after. Overage is billed at your tier's blended rate; never at a higher penalty rate. Most months either come in under or land within ±10% of allowance.
Yes. 30 days notice to downgrade, pause, or cancel. We do not do annual lock-ins. Many clients flex up before BFCM or campaigns and back down afterwards — that is what the tiers are for.
Yes — on the Priority and Enterprise tiers. Multi-store, B2B, and headless builds add scope; we quote the retainer at onboarding based on your stack complexity rather than a flat hour count.
Yes. Smaller migrations (1–4 Functions) come out of your monthly hours. Larger Scripts → Functions migrations (5+ Functions, checkout.liquid) we quote as a separate sprint and scope into the retainer cadence afterwards.
Lite: £499/month (8 hours, 24 hr SLA). Standard: £1,199/month (20 hours, 8 hr SLA). Priority: £2,199/month (40 hours, 4 hr SLA). Enterprise: POA (unlimited hours, 1 hr SLA, weekly calls). All tiers include changelog monitoring, app stack management, and PM oversight.
Standard and Priority tiers include 8-hour and 4-hour response SLAs respectively during UK business hours. Enterprise tier includes 1-hour SLA with out-of-hours coverage during BFCM and other peak windows. Out-of-hours coverage outside Enterprise is billed at 1.5× hourly rate.
Hours used vs allocated, what was shipped, app version updates applied, Shopify changelog items affecting your store, performance metrics (Core Web Vitals trend), and recommendations for next month. Reports are delivered as a single-page PDF on the 5th of each month.
Yes — we maintain apps built by third parties as long as we have access to the source code. We typically run a 1-week diagnostic at retainer start to map the codebase and document any technical-debt areas. The diagnostic is included in onboarding.
Yes — this is one of the most common silent revenue gaps we find. Stores migrated to Checkout Extensibility but never rebuilt their GA4 / Meta / TikTok / Klaviyo pixels on Shopify Web Pixels with the Customer Privacy API. We diagnose, rebuild on Web Pixels, wire up consent, and verify the funnel end-to-end. Typically 4–8 hours, included in any tier above Lite.
Yes — Shopify Flow build-out is in scope on every tier. Common automations: high-risk order routing, VIP customer tagging, low-stock supplier alerts, post-purchase Klaviyo conditional flows, ERP fulfilment exceptions. Flow on its own covers about 70% of "we need a Zapier for that" requests, and runs inside Shopify with no extra subscription.
Tell us your store, current pain points, and rough hours/month — we'll come back with a tier recommendation in 48 hours.
